Many of our clients reside in areas damaged by Hurricane Harvey, where wind and flood damage continue to plague families and businesses. In support of their urgent needs, ClassJuggler is providing relief funding to those affected by the damage by donating to the American Red Cross, and we encourage you to do so likewise. At the Red Cross Hurricane Relief website, you can get info on how to donate by mail, online, or by phone.
In addition to our own donation, ClassJuggler will also provide a 50% matching donation for each donation made to the Red Cross by a client for Hurricane Harvey relief. Please contact us for details*.
As well, ClassJuggler customers whose businesses have been effected financially by Hurricane Harvey or its subsequent flooding can contact us to request half off their monthly service fee for September.
If you are a school owner/manager in an area affected by Hurricane Harvey, and need to communicate with parents and students who will be affected by class cancelations, don't forget your mass e-mail and SMS (texting) capabilities from within ClassJuggler. You can filter your class cancelation/delay announcements to just classes on specific days or class at specific locations.
The August launch of the new Customer Portal is complete, as promised: The 100% mobile-friendly, mobile-responsive, user-friendly Customer Portal is now available!
We encourage current users of the Customer Self-Service Center (which is replaced by the Customer Portal) to begin the migration as soon as possible. The process is easy, and not time-consuming. And the benefit to your customers is well worth it!
