You will be billed each month on the 1st of the month for your ClassJuggler services. New subscribers receive 30 days free. ClassJuggler fees are calculated based on the size of your active/inactive student database. Credit card processing fees for our optional merchant account and gateway services are billed directly via ACH from our partners.

What is ClassJuggler's credit card processing feature?
A:
With our easy-to-use credit card processing feature, your business can enjoy the many benefits of merchant processing, including accepting credit and debit cards for individual and batch payments. You can also give your customers the flexibility to pay online with our Customer Portal (available as a separate add-on feature to your base ClassJuggler service). Do you offer custom one-on-one and group training?
A:
Yes. While our robust online help may be all you need to get started with ClassJuggler, we offer custom training to help new clients and existing clients get the most from their ClassJuggler subscription. We can do this in one-on-one or group training sessions that are custom designed to fit the needs of your business. Training is
$30/hour, with an additional $15/hour for each additional trainee in the session. Learn more about custom training.

What if I want to use my own merchant processor with ClassJuggler's credit card services?
A:
If you already have a merchant processor and would prefer to use their services, we can provide this flexibility to you. Additional fees may apply. Contact us for details.

How do I add the Customer Portal or merchant processing features to my account?
A:
At any time, you can upgrade simply by calling us and adding the new features that you'd like.
Q:
What if I want to cancel services?
A:
You may cancel your ClassJuggler services at any time without penalty (see our fees policy). There are no commitments or contracts for ClassJuggler's services – it's on a "pay as you go" basis. NOTE: Partner credit card service providers have their own contracts, terms, and conditions for cancellation. However, you can continue to use your merchant services even without a ClassJuggler account.
Q:
Can you help us with initial data upload to ClassJuggler?
A:
We'd be happy to. For schools with an existing database of information about families (customers and students), we can assist with the initial data load to get you going quickly. This optional service is a nominal fee of
