Mar. 31 message to our customers from ClassJuggler Pres. Jon Koerber
We have heard from many of you regarding the difficulties that the Coronavirus outbreak has caused for your businesses. No businesses has been untouched, including ours.
We know that most of you have had to cancel classes. Those of you fortunate enough to be able to provide online classes have begun implementing online classes where possible (see below for tips on this). We understand that operating a class-based business this way is a great strain on your budgets, and hardly any business can stay closed for a long period without serious financial difficulty.
That is why we are set forth measures to help you, our clients, during this difficult time. It is so important for ClassJuggler to do what we can so that you can continue with your business once we are past this uncertain time. Two steps we are taking immediately
A 25% off your April ClassJuggler services
We realize ClassJuggler isn’t your largest monthly expense, but every dollar counts when classes are canceled.
We will be providing all of our clients with a 25 percent discount off April service fees. For those clients already receiving a discount (for example, non-profits) your discount will be increased up to the full 25%.
Relief on merchant processing fees
Over the past two weeks, I have been holding meetings with our merchant processing partners Frontline Processing and CardConnect. We asked both to consider waiving all monthly fixed fees for our clients for April. They have both agreed! We are so pleased to pass this information along.
That means that you will only be paying fees on actual payments processed and no other additional fees, such as monthly statement fees, minimums, etc.
If you have questions …
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We want to know how you are doing during this challenging time. We are planning to continue normal support hours for all clients!
Virtual hugs,
The entire ClassJuggler team
