All The Business Information You Need - Right at Your Fingertips

ClassJuggler's reporting system has great tools to keep you on top of what's happening with your business. Whether you need to know which customers have email addresses on file or how much you billed last month, we have it at your fingertips.

Most reports in ClassJuggler offer a variety of options and filters to customize the information and format produced by your reports.

Here are just a few of the dozens of reports you'll find:

Batch Report Manager - With the Batch Report Manager, you can easily view the status of batch job such as Mass Emails to your customers as well as Print/Email Statements jobs. Simply click on the Batch Report Manager links to see the status of your job.

Class Attendance Sheets - This report allows you to print roll sheets with up to 63 class dates. Dates can be blank for your instructors to complete or contain up-to-date attendance information. Report can be run for all classes, a specific class or grouped by Instructor.

Class Enrollees - The Class Enrollees report allows you to export or print a list of enrollees in a particular class or group of class. You can also choose to show customer contact information, students' emergency contact information and medical information.

Confirmation Statements - The Confirmation Statements report provides an easy way to print or email enrollment confirmation information for your customers. These enrollment confirmation statements list detailed information on all of the current classes students have been enrolled in.

Family Listing - The Family Listing report shows a comprehensive list of customers as well as the students associated to that customer. There are a number of options in this report to include primary and secondary contact information, status, etc.

Student Birthdays - Stay on top of your students' special day with our Student Birthdays report which allows you to Email a birthday wish to customers or pull a PDF list of your student birthdays for a specific month.

Customer Applied Payments - With the Customer Applied Payments report you can see payments received and applied (cash basis accounting) for a specified period of time up to 1 year. You can also filter the report by payment types such as Tuition, Merchandise, Registration, and custom categories.

Company Billing - The company billing report will show you exactly what charges and totals were billed to your customers (accrual basis accounting) for a specified period of time up to 1 year. You can also filter the report by payment types such as Tuition, Merchandise, Registration, and custom categories.
