Your role in the workforce (coaching, teaching, administering classes, and much more) is crucial to nurturing successful, empathetic, and well-rounded individuals of tomorrow. Every single day, your work continues to enliven the spirit of the arts, fitness, and education. It must be your labor of love. We appreciate you!

Is Your Data Ready for a Tune-up?

Just like you should periodically tune up your car to keep it running smoothly, we recommend you to occasionally use ClassJuggler's Database Maintenance tool to keep your database in optimal condition.

The Database Maintenance tool provides four key utilities to make adjustments, clear out data, change global values, and perform many other functions:

• Recalculate Customer Balances — Use this function to recalculate all your customer balances and correct any cases where customer accounts are out-of-balance.
• Verify & Correct Manually Applied Transactions — This function verifies and corrects any manually applied transactions for customers that are not showing as "fully applied" or have incorrect amounts.
• Reset Payment Permissions — Use this function to reset all payment permission flags for customers with a debit or credit card on-file and currently has permission set to “Yes”.
• Student Measurement Reset — This function resets all student measurements in your database.
