ClassJuggler Leadership Team is Growing!

Please join us in welcoming our new Managing Partners, Abhishek and Deepna, to the ClassJuggler Leadership Team. Having recently joined ClassJuggler, they will be increasingly involved in running the day-to-day operations and expansion of ClassJuggler, while Founder and long-time President, Jon Koerber, will focus on the technical development of ClassJuggler going forward.

By way of introduction,

Abhishek brings a wealth of experience in general management, operations, strategy, and customer service, from his expansive leadership roles at Uber, Charles Schwab, and McKinsey. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Abhishek grew up pursuing painting and sculpture all the way through college. Today, when he is not working, Abhishek enjoys traveling, the arts, and diverse global cuisines. Abhishek lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with wife, Deepna, and their three children.

Deepna brings extensive expertise in sales and customer success in subscription software, from her experience in companies of all sizes, e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, MindTickle, and Propel(x). She holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Masters in General Management from Harvard University.

Deepna is also a trained Indian classical dancer and choreographer, who followed her passion to own and operate her own dance studio in California for several years, touching the lives of children and adults alike. Today, when she is not working, Deepna enjoys traveling, yoga, and diverse global cuisines with husband, Abhishek, and their three children.

We are excited to have Abhishek and Deepna on board, as ClassJuggler embarks on the next phase of growth under their leadership. If you haven’t already spoken to them yet, please feel free to reach out and say “hi”.

• Customer Portal Overview — Learn how our powerful Customer Portal allows you to provide your customers with online registration and access to manage their own accounts. Customers can view and update their personal information, view their billing history, make payments online, shop for classes, manage student data, view class enrollments, and much more!


• Class Enrollment — Learn how to easily add or drop students from your classes. This video covers the three different enrollment types (monthly, per class, and total tuition) as well as discusses how to handle pro-rated tuition and dropping students from a class. You will also understand how tuition charges are posted to customer accounts and how to read and manage those charges.
