If you need a quick way to see what your customers have been doing while in their Customer Portal accounts, check out the Customer Portal Monitor feature. Here, you can see a list of actions and activities that each of your customers has performed while accessing their Customer Portal.
The Customer Portal Monitor tracks up to three-months of recent activities your customers are performing and alert you to changes in information, when online payments are made, and much more. A total of 17 different activities are tracked, and you can search by customer or by the type of activity you want to see to quickly find what you are looking for.
One of the benefits of tracking customer actions is to give you more data on what your customers are doing while logged in. You can use this information to identify possible problems a customer may be having.
For example, if you notice a customer is requesting a password reset over and over, it might be a good idea to contact that customer to help them to update their problematic password, or to verify they have the correct email address for receiving password resets; or have them change their browser no longer "remember" passwords to prvent their Web browser froom auto-filling an old stored password.

If you offer special pricing for students who take numerous classes, offer a one-price option for unlimited classes, or want to offer scholarships and need a way to bill one flat rate, ClassJuggler's Flat Tuition option is the ticket. This special tuition option, found on each student's record, allows you to override the monthly amount you typically charge per student for cumulative class tuition and use a single monthly flat rate instead.
And like all ClassJuggler's billing tools, after each run of the 4.Post Tuition billing cycle tool, ClassJuggler will generate a detailed history with statistics, along with a list of all the tuition charges posted to each customer. This makes reviewing and managing tuition charges simple!
The flat tuition can be any amount, including $0.00 if you wish to charge nothing to the student each month. This field can be valuable for use with promotional offerings, scholarship programs, loyalty rewards, or for package deals where you offer unlimited classes for a flat monthly fee.
