Happy New Year

Happy New Year from the ClassJuggler Team!

2022 was a strange year. The pandemic slid into a new phase of maintenance and life slowly crawled back to a semblance of normalcy. The economy was all over the place as inflation gripped us mid to late in the year. Politics did, well, what politics does.

As we move into the new year, we are cautiously optomistic about a number of things. We hope that the economy will improve and inflation will fall back to normal levels. We wish for a resolution to global conflicts that grip many countries around the world. We look to a better future for the planet, with a check on the rising temperatures we are causing on our home. And we mostly look forward to all of our clients being prosperous and happy with fewer cares and worries in this new year.

The entire staff at ClassJuggler wishes you the best in 2023. We look forward to working with and supporting our wonderful clients throughout this new year.

Upcoming ClassJuggler Features

We've already begun looking ahead to 2023 to focus our development efforts to features our clients are looking for. We will be reviewing our feature requests database looking for common requests you have made suring the last year. Here are some areas we will be looking at for new features:

  1. Real-Time Class Listings – This feature has been around for a long time and allows you to embed live class listings right on your own company website. We are looking to enhance the look and feel of these listings to make them more mobile friendly and attractive.
  2. Staff Portal – This is a great extention to the administrative side of ClassJuggler, bringing a mobile-friendly view and new features, like time tracking and attendance, to smart phones. Be on the lookout for more features in the Staff Portal in 2023.

Are You Using the Staff Portal?

If you're not using ClassJuggler's Staff Portal, read about the features you have been missing:

  • STAFF PORTAL HOMEPAGE – The Staff Portal dashboard includes a news page for staff updates and important announcements and shows their next class for today and tomorrow from their schedule.
  • INSTRUCTOR TOOLS – Your instructors can view lists of all their assigned classes, view class details, see class enrollees, and view and manage class attendance from a phone or tablet.
  • TIME TRACKING – Instructors and other staff members can quickly and easily enter their hours for your payroll in the Staff Time Clock feature.
  • PORTABILITY – The Staff Portal gives your instructors and other staff 100% mobile-friendly access to key ClassJuggler features. Because it works on your smartphone, you can access these targeted features without a Wi-Fi connection — particularly handy if the staff member is working remotely.
