If you need to cancel classes or change your schedule because of a power outage or unsafe roads and need a quick and easy way to do this, ClassJuggler's Mass Text Messaging tool (a.k.a "robo-text") can handle the job for you.
This built-in highly customizable texting tool makes it easy to get timely SMS text messages to all or a subset of your customers. And you can filter your text message recipient list by certain attributes so that it only goes to the right audience for your message.
For example, you can specify that your closure message be delivered only to:
If you don't currently use text messaging, but are interested in this feature, just visit the Preferences > ClassJuggler Features screen for complete step-by-step instructions for signing up for this service.
Use the PREVIOUS and NEXT record buttons to easily move through records
Looking for something on a student record and you can't remember the name? Maybe you want to browse multiple customer transactions screens quickly to review certain transactions? Or maybe page through all of your instructor's assigned classes? Using the "previous" and "next" buttons at the top of the sidebar menu allows you to move alphabetically through your customers, students, instructors and class records while remaining on the selected screen. This is useful when you need to review a lot of records, whether it be reviewing student medical information on Student Maintenance Page 2 or looking at the most recent tuition transactions on the Customer Transactions screen. Give it a try!
While you may think you need to "refund" a payment recorded today by you or entered by a customer, you only need to void the pending payment.
Why is that? Well, since all payments you or your customers make throughout a day are kept in pending status until they automatically “batch out” at midnight, they cannot be refunded to a customer, since they technically don't yet exist (i.e., have not been captured and paid).
That's why we created a quick and easy way to handle pending payments. To void a pending payment in ClassJuggler, first select the transaction from the Customer Transactions screen; there you'll see a special yellow button, Void Pending Transaction, allowing you to void pending payments directly in ClassJuggler.
