Sending a statement to a customer is easy in ClassJuggler. You can easily print or email a professional looking account statement for a selected customer using the Print Statement or eMail Statement action buttons found at the bottom of the Transaction List.
Account statements can also be mass printed or emailed in batch for a selected group of customers by using the Print/Email Statements features found under Billing.
You can see the results of all batch statement emails or print requests on the Batch Report Manager screen from your Reports main menu.
There are three actions in ClassJuggler that you benefit from doing regularly, at least once a year.
In very rare circumstances, a customer's balance may get out of sync with their account activity. The Recalculate Customer Balances tool helps to quickly correct all your customer's balances so that you can be sure the final balances are correct.
Performing this function will reset all payment permission flags for customers with a credit or debit card on file and currently has permission set to "Yes." This can be useful if you require parents to re-agree annually or seasonally to allow for their on-file payment to be used for auto-pay.
Periodically, you may wish to reset all student measurements to allow you to re-size students for costumes or uniforms and assure you have the most up-to-date measurements. Running this tool will completely reset your student measurements. NOTE: This action cannot be reversed, so we recommend running a Student Measurements Report, prior to resetting all measurements, so that you have a copy of all of your current measurements.
