Going Live — The Brand New Customer Portal!

Last October, as the leaves were turning, the world population was turning too, according to these statistics; that was the month that people finally crossed over from most often using desktop computers to most often using mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets, to do business online. Of course, thanks to you, our customers, we already knew about this trend. Listening to your feedback, we learned that mobile device compatibility is increasingly important to you and your customers.

Taking that to heart, we undertook a complete reworking of the Customer Self-Service Center — the ClassJuggler add-on feature that most of you use to offer your customers the ability to register online, acknowledge your policies, sign up for classes, and make payments to you.

We are happy to announce that, in just a few weeks, you and your customers will experience the new Customer Portal — a completely revamped and 100% mobile version of the ClassJuggler Customer Self-Service Center.

During the five month period we were researching and developing the new Customer Portal, we did not work alone. We held over a dozen demos with real ClassJuggler clients to give us feedback on the project. We wanted to know what you wanted out of the new portal. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. And almost all of the suggestions that came from those demos have made it into the final version!

We also are showing the new Customer Portal at trade shows. ClassJuggler got rave reviews at the Dance Teacher Web conference in Las Vegas, NV this past week. We will also be showing the new portal at the Dance Teacher Summit in Long Beach CA, on August 3rd–6th and at the USA Gymnastics National Convention in Anaheim, CA on August 16th–19th.

I am ready to start using the new Customer Portal, what do I need to do?

For current clients
Converting to the new portal will be quick, free, and easy, but we still want you to make the decision of "when" you want to make the transition, so you stay in control. We recommend announcing the new portal to your customers, so they will be prepared (and excited) about the new ease-of-use. You'll also want to give yourself a little time to get comfortable with the new Portal before you set it loose on your customers.

The ClassJuggler team will be contacting all clients when the new Customer Portal is launched and providing you with instructions on what you need to do to link the new portal to your Web site. We plan on having some short training videos and step-by-step instructions, to make the upgrade easy. Keep an eye out for more communications via your Home Base screen and via email and newsletters.

Not Using the Customer/Parent Portal yet?
The Customer Portal is an add-on feature to CLassJuggler.
